Add Non-PoE Network Camera

You can disable the PoE interface by selecng the manual while the current channel can be used as

a normal channel and the parameters can also be edited.

Steps

1. Go to Camera → Camera → IP Camera .

Posion the cursor on a window with no linked network camera and click .

3. Select Adding Method as Manual.

Plug-and-Play

The camera is physically connected to the PoE interface. Its parameters cannot be edited.

You can go to System → Network → TCP/IP to change IP address of PoE port.

4. Enter IP address, User Name, and Password.

5. Click OK.

Congure Customized Protocol

To connect network cameras which are not congured with the standard protocols, you can

congure the customized protocols for them. The system provides 16 customized protocols.
