Step 5  If it is solved, finish the process. 
Step 6  If not, contact an engineer from our company for further analysis. 
•  The image gets stuck when DVR is playing back by single or multi-channel cameras. 
Possible Reasons: 
—  The frame rate is not the real-time frame rate. 
—  The DVR supports up to 16-channel synchronize playba
ck at the resolution of 4CIF, if you want a 
16-channel synchronize playback at the resolution of 720p, the frame extracting may occur, 
which leads to a slight delay. 
Step 1  Verify the frame rate is real-time frame rate. 
Step 2  Select “Menu > Record > Parameters > Record,” and set the Frame Rate to “Full Frame.” 
Step 3  Verify the hardware can support the playback. 
Step 4  Reduce the channel number of playback. 
Step 5  Select “Menu > Record > Encoding > Record”, and set the resolution and bitrate to a lower 
level. 
Step 6  Reduce the number of local playback channel. 
Step 7  Select “Menu > Playback,” and uncheck the checkbox of unnecessary channels. 
Step 8  Check if the fault is solved by the above steps. 
Step 9  If it is solved, finish the process.

tep 10 If not, contact an engineer from our company for further analysis. 
•  No record file found in the device local HDD, and the prompt “No record file found” pops up when 
you search the record files. 
Possible Reasons: 
—  The time setting of system is incorrect. 
—  The search condition is incorrect. 
—  The HDD is error or not detected. 
Step 1  Verify the system time setting is correct. 
Step 2  Select “Menu > Configuration > General > General,” and verify the “System Time” is correct. 
Step 3  Verify the search condition is correct. 
Step 4  Select “Playback,” and verify the channel and time a
re correct. 
Step 5  Verify the HDD status is normal.
