Chapter 11 Open Platform setting
Purpose:
The open platform helps users to import third-party application to device and
create a variety of smart functions.
Note: This function is only available to certain camera models. And please
contact supplier to get the third-party software first
Before you start:
1. Enter VCA Resource Type interface: Configuration > System >
Maintenance > VCA Resource Type.
2. Check the checkbox to enable Temperature Measurement + Open Platform
3. Click Save. A reboot is required after setting the VCA Resource.
Steps:
1. Click Browse to choose the software.
2. Click Import, then you can check the statue of the software in status table.
3. Click Start or Stop to operate the software.
4. Click Delete if you want to delete the software.
If there is an upgrade version of third-party application, you can delete the
former application first and then import new one, or just import the latest
application to replace the old one.
5. Click Log to check the operation log.
