permitting the Anonymous "Live View" function to ensure that your camera's field of view does
not impact the privacy of individuals whose images might be captured without authorization.
Given its inherent intrusiveness, video surveillance is inappropriate in areas where people have a
higher expectation of privacy.
10.4 Configuring IP Address Filter
With this function on, the camera allows certain IP addresses whether to log in or not.
Filter Type
Description
Forbidden
Forbid the IP addresses added in the IP Address Filter
interface to log in.
Allowed
Allow only the IP addresses added in the IP Address Filter
interface to log in.

10.5 Security Service
Steps:
1. Enter the Security Service interface:
Configuration> Advanced Configuration> Security > Security Service
2. Check the checkbox to enable the SSH function.
Enable SSH: Enabling SSH (Secure Shell) function is to encrypt and compress the data and to
reduce the transmission time.
10.6 Viewing Device Information
Enter the Device Information interface:
Configuration > Basic Configuration> System > Device Information
Or Configuration > Advanced Configuration> System > Device Information
In the Device Information interface, you can edit the Device Name.
