4. Save the settings.
5.2.7 Configuring Audible Alarm Output
For camera that supports audible warning as a linkage method, options are open to configure
audible alarm parameters.
Note:
The function is only supported by certain camera models.
1. Enter Audible Alarm configuration interface:
Configuration > Event > Basic Event > Audible Alarm Output
2. Set audible alarm parameters.
Alarm Sound Type: the content of audible alarm.
Alarm Times: the repeating times of the warning.
3. Set arming schedule for audible alarm. The time schedule configuration is the same as the
settings of the arming schedule for motion detection. Refer to Section 5.2.1 Configuring
Motion Detection for more details.
4. Save the settings.
5.3 Smart Event Configuration
Note:
The functions vary depending on different camera models.
Before Smart Event Configuration, you need to set VCA Resource as Smart Event:
Configuration > System > System Settings > VCA Resource
5.3.1 Detecting Audio Exception
Note:
The function is only supported by certain camera models.
Purpose:
When you enable this function and audio exception occurs, the alarm actions will be triggered.
Steps:
1. Enter the video audio exception detection interface:
Configuration > Event > Smart Event > Audio Exception Detection
