• Make sure that the wall is strong enough to withstand four times the weight of the camera and the
bracket.
• For cameras that support IR, make sure that there is no reflective surface too close to the camera
lens. The IR light from the camera may reflect back into the lens causing reflection.
2.1 Ceiling Mounting
Type I
1.
Disassemble the camera.
1). Loosen the lock screw on the mounting base, and remove the base from the
camera.
2). Rotate the trim ring counterclockwise, and take it off the camera.
3). Separate the camera and the enclosure.

Drill the screw holes and the cable hole on the ceiling according to the drill template.
