Pre-Assembly Instructions: • Read all instructions carefully before assembly. • Find a smooth clean area in which to work to avoid damaging your item. • Check that all parts and hardware from the lists are present.
Assembly Instructions: Step 1: Use six Long Screws (1) to loosely attach one side (B) to the back (A), the Top (C), and the Front (D) TIP: The top of the back has space above the blocks Step 2: Use six Long Screws (1) to loosely attach the other side (B) to the back (A), the Top (C), and the Front (D). Do not over-tighten the screws.
Step 3: Set the Floor (E) in the cabinet. From the bottom of the unit, use six Long Flat-Head Screws (2) to secure the Floor to the Back and Front. Step 4: Place the Shelf (F) into the cabinet. Use six Long Flat-Head Screws (2) from inside the cabinet to secure the Shelf to the Back (A) and Front (D). Tighten all Screws from Steps 1 and 2. Do not over-tighten.
Step 5: Use four short Flat-Head Screws (4) to attach a Door Latch (3) to the top and bottom right door Front (D). Attach a Knob to the middle right door. Step 6: Use four short Flat-Head Screws (4) to attach a Door Latch (3) to the top and bottom left door Front (D). Attach a Knob to the middle left door.
Post-Assembly Instructions: • Periodically check hardware to be sure it doesn’t loosen over time. • Do not stand or sit on this item. • • • • Lightly sand the surface of the furniture with 150 or 180 grit sandpaper once a year to remove any fuzziness that occurs due to exposure to the elements. Be sure to sand lightly to retain the natural patina. Clean as needed with a soft bristle brush and mild soap and water. You may also clean it with a teak cleaner. Rinse well with clean water after washing. Do not use a power washer as it can damage the surface of your furniture causing it to splinter.
