Product Description
High Performance Cement FastSet
™
Stucco Patch is a fast setting
polymer modified, Portland cement-based stucco patching material
formulated to provide water repellency, minimal shrinkage, and improved
durability. FastSet
™
Stucco Patch can be used for full depth stucco
repairs. FastSet
™
Stucco Patch can be painted after 90 minutes.

complete product requiring only the addition of water.

™
Stucco Patch will yield approximately 0.2 cu ft (5.7 L) of patching plaster. Each
20 lb (9.1 kg) pail will repair approximately 10 square feet (0.9 m
2
) at a 1/4” (6 mm) thickness.
Physical Properties
High Performance Cement FastSet
™
Stucco Patch achieves final set in 20-30 minutes after mixing, and can be
painted 90 minutes after mixing (which is 60 minutes after final set) with a water-based latex paint. Only water
based coatings are recommended. Elastomeric coatings are preferred.
Installation
SURFACE PREPARATION
• Proper surface preparation is essential to the successful application of FastSet
™
Stucco Patch. All surfaces must
be clean, structurally sound, and free of any loose or foreign materials. Hairline cracks should be widened with a
chisel prior to application. Avoid V-shaped cracks. Dampen the surface thoroughly prior to application.
MIXING
• FastSet
™
Stucco Patch can be hand or machine-mixed in a paddle-type mortar mixer.
• WEAR IMPERVIOUS GLOVES, such as nitrile when handling product.
• Mix only as much FastSet
™
Stucco Patch as can be applied in 10-15 minutes.
• Use approximately 3.5 pints (1.7 L) of water per 20 lb (9.1 kg) pail.
• Place the water in the mixer, then slowly add the FastSet
™
Stucco Patch.
• Mix for 2-3 minutes, or until a trowelable consistency is achieved.
• Excessive addition of water will delay setting, reduce strength, and delay the ability to paint.
• Add additional amounts of water if necessary.
• Do not add Portland cement, lime, sand, or admixture(s).
