Ink puddling has occurred on printhead
Manually clean carriage bottom. Clean
maintenance station purge cap, wiper, and wiper
blade. Clean cardpath.
Ionizer error
Check warnings/errors. Clean ionizer tips if
warning has occurred. Manually clean carriage
bottom.
