After-sales policy
1.This product implements after-sales service in strict accordance
with the “Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of
Consumer Rights and Interests” “Laws of the People's Republic of
China on Product Quality” “E-commerce Law of the People’s
Republic of China ”.
2.The purchase of this product on other platforms such as JD.com,
Tmall and Taobao, and follow the relevant after-sales service
policies of the platform.
3.Please ensure that the quality, function, appearance and
complete identification of the products, accessories and gifts are
intact. If the product is artificially damaged, the parcel is missing,
or the spare parts are missing, the return will not be processed.
4.When returning, please present a valid proof of purchase. If you
have received the relevant invoice, please return the invoice
together.
5.If the product has a non-human failure within one year of
purchase, the after-sales service center will test and determine
that it can be replaced for free.
6.Unauthorized repairs, alterations, and man made damages are
not entitled to free replacement.
