6.3.2 Alternative QD1400 Mounting Option: U-Bracket

If primary and recommended option as described above is not possible (e.g. because drilling into

dashboards it not allowed), there is alternative option using a U-Bracket which can be attached to

the dashboard by means of adhesive tapes. The U-Bracket provides a larger footprint than the

RAM-base for this purpose.
