Adding entries to the phone book
Press Add for entering a new entry:
- Enter the required data, e.g. name, phone number and e -mail address.
- The new entry will be saved and you return to the phone book menu.
- Or press the right display key Next and the new entry will be saved and the entry mask
for another new entry in the phone book will appear.
- Using the middle display key Cancel you can end the process without saving the new
entry.
- To cancel the entry, press esc and you will return to the phone book selection menu.
Searching or changing entries in the phone book
Press View to see all entries.You will now receive an alphabetically ordered list of all entries
in the phone book.

- Use ▲ ▼ to select the required entry.
- Press enter to display the entry.
- Press esc to return to view the list.
Searching for an entry
You have two ways of searching for an entry:
- You can select the entry from an alphabetically sorted list or search for an entry.
- Press Search to search for an phone book entry. Enter the required name, in full and
spelt correctly and press enter to start the search. If the name exists as an entry in the
phone book, you will receive a list of matching entries.
- Select the required entry with ▲ ▼and press enter to display the entry. Press esc to
return to view the list.
- To change the text of the entry, press the middle display key Edit.
- Make the changes you require.
- To save the change, press Save.
Deleting entries in the phone book
- If you wish to delete a phone book entry, search for the relevant entry in the list following
the instructions given above, then press DELETE. You cannot delete an entry in the en-
try display; always highlight the entry in the list display and then press DELETE. You will
then be asked to confirm the deletion.
- Press the key given to delete the highlighted entry.
- Press the key given to end the deletion procedure and keep the entry in the phone book.
- Press the key given to delete all entries in the phone book.
ATTENTION:
The deletion of one or all entries is irrevocable. On confirmation of deletion the required
entry or all entries will be irrevocably removed from the phone book.
