Before You Start Thank you for choosing our sliding shower door. We aim to provide you with the most satisfying product and user experience. Please carefully read through this manual as it contains important product information and step-by-step installation instructions. Failure to follow the instructions may affect the product's warranty. 1.Before installation, please inspect the boxes for any damage caused during shipping.
Shower Door Left Side Opening Installation Method Follow the corresponding diagram below for instructions LEFT HAND ASSEMBLY STEP 1 STEP 2 Install the rollers on the door. Remove the rollers from the package and install them on the door panel as shown in the illustration. Secure them using a 5/32" Hex key. Place the door panel inside your shower room and position the wooden blocks under the bottom as shown in the illustration.
STEP 3 Use a professional level and the provided positioning guide to determine the position of the wall channel, as shown in the illustration. STEP 4 Drill holes for the wall channel with a 1/4" drill bit. Drill holes for the wall bracket with a 5/16" drill bit. For drywall with a thickness greater than 3/8" to 1/2", please ensure the use of specified drywall anchors for installation. For drywall with a thickness less than 3/8" to 1/2", please ensure that you install the brackets on the stud.
STEP 5 Install the wall plugs. STEP 6 Install the wall channel. Secure the wall channel using ST3.5x35 screws in the holes from the previous steps. Install the wall bracket. The wall bracket consists of two parts; now, remove the inner part, which is the bracket base, as shown in the pictures. The bracket base may tend to slide down on the single mounting screw.
STEP 7 STEP 8 Measure and cut the Bottom Track. Measure from one wall to the Wall Channel at the bottom. Mark the Bottom Track at the determined distance, then cut it from the end. Smooth out the rough edges (being careful to avoid damaging the finished surfaces). The cut Bottom Track should fit flush between the walls without the need for hand pressure. Drill holes for the Bottom Track with a 1/4" drill bit. STEP 9 STEP 10 Install the wall plugs. Install the Bottom Track.
STEP 11 STEP 12 Use caulk gun inject Clear Silicone Sealant to the wall channel and bottom track. NOTE:lf the glass is not 3/8", please ignore this step.Please go ahead to the next step. Install the fixed panel. Put the fixed panel into the Bottom track and the Wall channel. If the glass is not 3/8" thick, cut the wedge vinyl to the exact size of the fixed panel and insert them into the Wall Channel and Bottom Track. STEP 13 STEP 14 Measure and cut the Running Rail.
STEP 15 Fasten the running rail. Secure the outer part of the wall bracket. Attach the running rail to the fixed panel using the glass holders. Secure them temporarily in place. STEP 16 Install the bottom guide. Use the positioner to determine the bottom guide's position as illustrated in step 1. Drill holes with a Ø5/16" drill bit as shown in step 2. Fasten the bottom guide according to the holes from the above steps using Ø8 wall plugs and ST4.8*38 screws, as illustrated in steps 3 and 4.
STEP 17 Install the door panel. Install the sliding door, ensuring that the rollers are fixed over the running rail. Ensure that the sliding door is placed within the bottom guide. STEP 18 Install the handle as shown in the illustration. Install the door gasket and gap gaskets. Insert the door gasket on the wall side. Insert another gap gasket on the other side of the glass door. Insert another gap gasket on the fixed panel. Install the Glass fix nails as illustrated. Cut the gap gaskets as illustrated.
STEP 19 Fasten the stopper and the rollers.Slide the door panel and check the position of the stoppers in the running rail. Secure them temporarily in place, and then fasten the rollers using a Hex key 3/32" and 5/32". Note:Hex key 3/32" to stop the roller moving as fasten the rollers. Seal the door assembly: Apply silicone between the bottom of the fixed panel and the base. Silicone application along the wall channel is also suggested. ln both cases, it is done from the outside of the shower area.
