DESCRIPTION

• Speciﬁcally formulated to clean and condition steam and hot

water boilers and hydronic heating systems. Contains silicone

which protects pumps by lubricating seals; frees and lubricates

zone valves. Prevents clogging of hot water valves and other ﬂow

valves and helps stop priming and foaming with a special anti-

foam agent. Safe and simple to use. Promotes maximum boiler

efﬁciency and saves fuel. Removes oil, sludge, loose rust and

scale and prevents corrosion. No draining or ﬂushing is necessary

unless system is very oily, rusty, or in unusually dirty condition.

• Safe for use in systems with rubber and plastic components.

Compatible with any type of Hercules Cryo-tek anti-freeze,

other propylene glycol based anti-freeze products and commonly

used chemical additives and boiler treatment compounds.

*Please check with equipment manufacturer of system to determine

compatibility with this product.

**Minimum ﬂow protection levels are estimated and are dependent

on system and equipment.

APPLICATION/USES

• Use Hercules Boiler & Heating System Cleaner to clean

steam and hot water boilers and hydronic heating systems.

• Hercules Boiler & Heating System Cleaner removes rust,

scale and sludge. Prevents priming, foaming and surging of boiler

and heating systems.

Look at contents of container to determine which of the following treatments is required: A. Annual Treatment or Moderately Dirty Systems: 1. No flushing is needed. Close off all valving between boiler and zoning circuits. Drain off a sufficient quantity of water to allow space for the product. 2. Lower the boiler pressure.
