Block can be used on these materials:-Aluminum, Black
Iron, Brass, Copper, Galvanized Steel, Glass, Monel, PVC,
Stainless Steel, and many others.

Pressure Rating: Liquids 12,000 psi
Gases 2,600 psi
Temperature Performance -90°F to +450°F
Brushability to 20°F
WARNINGS OR CAUTIONS
• Not for use on natural rubber or synthetic rubber.
• Not for use on lines carrying strong or concentrated acids,
alkalis, oxygen and alcohol based products.
• Keep container closed tightly when not in use. Stir well
before using.
• Avoid contact with eyes. Eye contact can cause irritation.
• Harmful if swallowed.
• Prolonged contact may cause skin to dry or crack.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
FOR THREADED JOINTS: Wipe away any excess oil or
foreign matter which is on threads. Apply BLOCK to male
threads, brushing well into root of threads. Assemble as
usual.
FOR FLANGES AND GASKETS: Apply a uniform coat of
BLOCK to mating side of flanges and/or gasket. Allow to set
for five minutes. Then assemble.
