How to Restore Your Roof:
Using a pressure washer or high pressure nozzle on hose, use
appropriate pressure to wash the roof with non-filming detergent,
such as TSP or TSP substitute.
1 Clean it!
Repair and protect with Henry 884 Tropi-Cool 100% Silicone Roof Sealant or Henry
885 Tropi-Cool 100% Silicone Seam & Repair Roof Sealant, which are designed to
work with Henry 887 Tropi-Cool 100% Silicone Roof Coating.
2 Prep it!
Apply Henry 887 Tropi-Cool 100% Silicone Roof Coating with a
roller, brush, or sprayer.
3 Coat it!

on the roof. Ensure it is located on a level surface.
It is recommended that you inspect and clean your roof three to four times a year depending on usage, site, and storage.
