1 steel floor saddle, 6 wood
dowels and 12 wood screws
7 horizontal pieces: Wood
header plate(c/w door track)
and 6 ribs(slats)
4 color coded vertical pieces:
1 Backbone (spine) 2 split jamb,
steel stiffener and (1) 4 9/16”
door jamb (green ends up, red
ends down)
The box contains:
a) Starting with the backbone (a)
(green end up) insert 3 dowels
in the side edge (see detail a)
b) attach 3 ribs to the dowels
securing them with 1 screw per
rib per dowel
c) Repeat (b) at the other edge or
side of the backbone.
