Hello Kitty provides a ninety (90) day parts and labor warranty for all of its
products sold in the United States
Basic Warranty Statement
Hello Kitty warrants this product to the original purchaser ONLY, to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for ninety
(90) DAYS from the date of originial purchase. Hello Kitty agrees, at its
option under the warranty period, to repair or replace the product if it is
determined to be defective at “no Charge”. The warranty does not
cover cosmetic damage, AC cords, or damage due to line of power
surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, Damage
caused by batteries, misuse, mishandling, improper application, accident
acts of God, or attemptedrepair by an unathorized service agent.
