Before First Use
Before use, remove all packaging and inspect the appliance for any damage. If there appears to be any
damage, please take the unit back to place of purchase for a replacement.
Assembly Instructions
CAUTION: Ensure the product is fully assembled before plugging it into a power outlet.
1. Insert the power cord into its slot between the two base halves.
2. Join both halves together by aligning the pegs/peg holes.
3. Attach the motor housing to the assembled base by inserting and securely tightening the four screws
into the screw holes (located at the bottom of the base).
4. Position the power cord into its routing slot at the rim centre of the base.
Operating Instructions
Before inserting the plug into a power outlet, make sure that the correct voltage being used corresponds to
what is indicated on the rating label, and that the socket has an earth facility.
1. Place your fan on a firm, level surface away from moisture and heat sources.
2. Connect to power outlet and turn the power supply on.
You may control your fan either with the remote control or with the buttons on the control panel.
3. To turn the fan ‘On’ press the ON/SPEED button. Press the button again to select the desired speed
(Low to High). The appropriate LED indicator will illuminate.
4. To turn the fan ‘Off’ press the OFF button.
5. To set the timer, press the TIMER button. You can select the timer for 0.5-7.5 hours, in which the
appropriate LED indicator light will illuminate. The fan will automatically turn ‘Off’ once the time has
elapsed.
6. To start or stop the oscillation, press the OSCIL button.
7. To set the fan mode, press the MODE button for Normal, Nature or Sleep modes.
When the fan is first switched on, it will operate in ‘normal’ mode and there will be no LED light illuminated.
Modes:
Nature Stimulates the flow of a natural breeze.
Sleep intersperses ‘natural’ breezes with longer periods of stillness.
8. Unplug the product from the power outlet when not in use or is left unattended.
Battery Information
Do not use different types of batteries or new and worn batteries together.
Never use rechargeable batteries in this remote.
Remove the batteries if you do not require the use of your remote control for a long time.
Respect the environment when disposing of batteries.
2 x AAA batteries are required (not included).
The remote control operation is identical to the functions on the control panel.
The remote control is located in the top compartment of the unit.
