IDI SICHERHEITSHINWEISE Bitte beachten Sie alle im Labor geltenden Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften! Äußerste Vorsicht beim Umgang mit leicht entzündlichen Medien. Die Motoren arbeiten zwar funkenfrei, das Gerät ist jedoch nicht explosionsgeschützt.
IDI AUFBAU 1. Aufstellen des Gerätes Bitte stellen Sie das Schüttelgerät auf einer stabilen, waagerechten Oberfläche auf. Sorgen Sie – aus Sicherheitsgründen – für ausreichenden Platz um das Gerät. 2. Elektrischer Anschluss Der Netzanschluss erfolgt mit der beigefügten Netzanschlussleitung. Die Gerätesteckdose befindet sich an der Rückseite des Gerätes. 3. Fixierung der Gefäße im Aufnahmekarussell Die Gefäße bzw.
IDI Unbedingt folgende Regel bei der Fixierung der Gefäße beachten: Gefäße immer mittig zum Aufnahmekarussell platzieren! In benachbarte Aufnahmetaschen nie Gefäße unterschiedlichen Durchmessers platzieren, das schlankere Gefäß wird möglicherweise nicht ausreichend fixiert! Bei unterschiedlichen Gefäßdurchmessern immer Gruppen gleichen Durchmessers bilden und eine Aufnahmetasche zwischen den Gruppen freilassen.
IDI Je nach dem Gewicht der Beladung/Belastung der Schüttelaufnahme, kann es zu Resonanzfrequenzen kommen. Diese können in einem Drehzahlbereich zwischen 1200-1500 Umdrehungen auftreten. Sollten Resonanzfrequenzen auftreten, die sich durch einen etwas unruhigen Lauf des Schüttlers zeigen, wählen sie bitte eine etwas höhere bzw. etwas niedrigere Drehzahl, um einen ruhigeren Lauf des Schüttlers zu erreichen. 4.
IDI BEDIENUNG UND BETRIEB Bevor die Geräteanschlussleitung an die Netzsteckdose angeschlossen wird, ist darauf zu achten, dass: - die Spannung und Frequenz des Gerätes mit der Netzspannung übereinstimmt. (Angaben über die Spannung des Gerätes finden sich auf dem Typenschild). - die Netzschalter auf Stellung “0“ stehen und sich die Bedienknöpfe am linken Anschlag befinden, um ein Verschütten durch anfänglich heftiges Schütteln zu vermeiden.
IDI Durch Betätigen der Taste Start / Stop wird das Gerät im Dauerbetrieb gestartet. Die LED Start und LED Speed leuchten und die Schüttelfrequenz wird 4-stellig angezeigt. Mit dem Einstellknopf (B) wird die Schüttelfrequenz eingestellt. Erneutes Betätigen der Taste Start / Stop beendet den Schüttelvorgang. B. Schütteln mit einer einstellbaren Zeitdauer Mit den Tasten Set Time bzw. Set Time kann die Zeit von 0 bis 999 Minuten eingestellt werden.
IDI ABBAU, TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG Abbau 1. Gerät abschalten und Netzstecker ziehen. 2. Alle Gerätschaften um den Schüttler herum entfernen, damit das Gerät problemlos abgebaut werden kann. Transport und Lagerung 1. Das Gerät und seine Teile in der Originalverpackung lagern oder in einem anderen geeigneten Behälter, um Schäden während eines Transportes zu vermeiden. IEI SET-UP 1. Machine set-up Please locate the shaker on a stable, horizontal surface. For reasons of safety, keep the area around the machine clear of other items. 2. Electric hook-up Use the power cord from your hardware bag and connect it with the plug connector in the item's rear panel. 3. Secure containers or tubes in carousel attachment Just plug containers or tubes into retaining pockets against preload of a rubber ring. This rubber ring is going to safely secure the tubes in the retainer pocket.
IEI Refer to recommendations below when securing containers: Locate containers concentric with retainer plate all the time ! Never install different sizes of containers in neighbored pockets. If not, the smaller diameter container will not be secured properly ! When using different sizes of containers, form groups of items with same diameter and leave one pocket between groups void. Before starting shaking action, make sure all vessels are secured in place properly.
IEI As a function of load applied on the shaker holders, certain points of resonance may be found in a speed range from 1,200 to 1,500 rpm. If such resonance is found (strange vibrations of the shaker), please increase or decrease speed by a minor amount as to get out of the critical frequency range. 4. Exchange carousel attachment The item arrives with the carousel attachment for 26 test tubes installed. You may replace it with the carousel attachment for 12 test tubes at ease.
IEI OPERATION AND CONTROLS Before connecting power cord with mains outlet, make sure that: - your item is wired for your local voltage and frequency (data plate on item). - master switch is set to "0" and all controls are in "min." position (turn CCW completely); this way you avoid spilling fluids by too intense shaking action. Carefully close your vessels and select appropriate shaking intensity (if vessels remain open) to avoid splashes and spillage.
IEI change time rapidly. Depressing the Set Time and Set Time keys resets the timer to 000. Depressing the Start / Stop key (H) starts shaking at the frequency selected with knob (B) and for the time interval set before. Start LED turns ON. Time lapse appears in a 3-digit display. Time LED turns ON. Current shaking action may be discontinued with the Start / Stop key (H). Actual time won't change. Hitting this Start / Stop key continues shaking at the moment it had been discontinued.

IFI Le cas échéant, soulevez l'anneau en caoutchouc avant d'insérer les récipients afin de faciliter leur insertion. Veuillez vous assurer que l'anneau en caoutchouc est en bon état, sinon une fixation stable des récipients n'est pas assurée.
IFI Pour des diamètres de récipients différents, formez toujours des groupes de même diamètre et laissez un logement libre entre les groupes. Avant la mise en marche du secouage, veuillez vous assurez que les récipients sont bien fixés. IFI UTILISATION ET FONCTIONNEMENT Avant de brancher le cordon à la prise secteur, il faut s'assurer que : - la tension et la fréquence de l'appareil concordent avec la tension de réseau. (des indications sur la tension de l'appareil figurent sur la plaque signalétique). - les interrupteurs principaux se trouvent en position “0“ et que les boutons de commande se situent sur la butée gauche afin d'éviter que le produit se renverse en raison d'une violente secousse.

IFI En actionnant la touche Select, on peut commuter entre l'affichage de la durée et la fréquence des secousses lors du fonctionnement avec minuterie. La DEL Speed s'allume. La DEL Timer clignote pour indiquer que l'appareil se trouve en mode minuterie. Ceci se présente également lorsque la minuterie a été interrompue en actionnant la touche Start / Stop. C.

IESI ESTRUCTURA 1. Instalación del aparato Instale el agitador sobre una superficie firme y plana. Por motivos de seguridad, se ha de garantizar que el aparato disponga de suficiente espacio a su alrededor. 2. Conexión a la red eléctrica La conexión a la red eléctrica se realiza por medio del cable de corriente suministrado. La toma para la conexión a la red eléctrica se encuentra en la parte posterior del aparato. 3.
IESI Observe obligatoriamente las siguientes reglas a la hora de realizar la sujeción de los recipientes: Los recipientes se han de alojar centrados con respecto al carrusel. No introduzca recipientes de diferente diámetro en receptáculos contiguos, ya que la sujeción del recipiente de menor diámetro no estará garantizada. Si introduce recipientes de diferente diámetro, forme grupos por diámetro y deje un receptáculo libre entre cada grupo.
IESI En función del peso de la carga del receptáculo agitador pueden aparecer frecuencias de resonancia. Éstas pueden presentarse en un margen de entre 1.200 – 1.500 rpm. Si se presentan frecuencias de resonancia con motivo del funcionamiento inestable del agitador, aumente o disminuya el número de revoluciones para que el agitador funcione sin irregularidades. 4. Sustitución del carrusel El aparato se suministra con el carrusel para 26 tubos de ensayo de hasta 16 mm de diámetro montado.
IESI MANEJO Y FUNCIONAMIENTO Antes de conectar el cable de corriente a la toma de la red eléctrica observe: - que la tensión y la frecuencia del aparato corresponden con la tensión de alimentación. (los datos de la tensión del aparato figuran en la placa de modelo) - que los interruptores están en la posición “0” y que los botones de mando están en el tope izquierdo para evitar un derrame por una sacudida fuerte al iniciar.
IESI B. Agitar con el temporizador programable Programe el tiempo entre 0 y 999 minutos con las teclas Set Time y . Mantenga las teclas pulsadas para disminuir o aumentar el tiempo programado rápidamente, y pulse sólo brevemente para disminuir o aumentar lentamente. Pulse las teclas Set Time y simultáneamente para poner el contador del tiempo a 000 inmediatamente.
IESI DESMONTAJE, TRANSPORTE Y ALMACENAMIENTO Desmontaje 1. Apague el aparato y desconéctelo de la red eléctrica. 2. Retire todos los equipos y accesorios que se encuentren alrededor del aparato para facilitar el desmontaje. Transporte y almacenamiento 3. Almacene el aparato y sus componentes en el embalaje original o en un recipiente apropiado para evitar que sufra daños durante el transporte. Cierre el embalaje con precinto (cinta adhesiva) 4. III MONTAGGIO 1. Posizionamento dell’apparecchio Collocare l’agitatore su una superficie stabile e perfettamente orizzontale. Assicurarsi che ci sia sufficiente spazio intorno all’apparecchio. 2. Collegamento elettrico Il collegamento alla rete avviene tramite linea elettrica. La presa elettrica dell’apparecchio si trova sul retro dello stesso. 3.
III Per fissare in modo sicuro le provette, seguire attentamente le seguenti raccomandazioni: Posizionare le provette sempre a metà altezza! Non posizionare mai provette con diametro diverso in alloggiamenti vicini. La provetta più sottile potrebbe muoversi! In caso di provette dal diametro diverso, formare sempre dei gruppi dal medesimo diametro lasciando un alloggiamento libero tra un gruppo e l’altro Prima di avviare il movimento, assicurarsi sempre che le provette siano fissate in modo sicuro.
III A seconda del peso del carico nella giostra di raccolta, possono manifestarsi delle frequenze di risonanza, nel caso in cui il regime di rotazione sia compreso tra 1200 e 1500 giri. Se compaiono frequenze di risonanza, che si manifestano con un movimento anomalo dell’agitatore, selezionare un regime di rotazione superiore o inferiore, per ottenere un movimento più regolare dell’apparecchio. 4.
III FUNZIONAMENTO Prima di collegare l’apparecchio alla presa elettrica, assicurarsi che: - La tensione e la frequenza dell’apparecchio corrispondano alla corrente di rete. (le informazioni sulla corrente dell’apparecchio sono indicate sulla targhetta di immatricolazione). - L’interruttore principale sia posizionato su “0“ e la testa di comando si trovi sul blocco a sinistra, per evitare un traboccamento dovuto a vibrazioni iniziali troppo intense.
III Per interrompere il movimento, premere nuovamente il tasto Start / Stop. B. Movimento con durata regolabile Con i tasti Set Time e Set Time è possibile impostare la durata da 0 a 999 minuti. Se si premono i tasti con tocchi veloci si imposta l’ora più lentamente, mentre tenendoli premuti si modifica la durata in modo più rapido. Premendo contemporaneamente i tasti Set Time e Set Time , si imposta immediatamente la durata su 000.
III SMONTAGGIO, TRASPORTO E STOCCAGGIO Smontaggio 1. Spegnere l’apparecchio e togliere la spina. 2. Allontanare ogni tipo di apparecchio intorno all’agitatore per consentirne un corretto smontaggio. Trasporto e stoccaggio 3. Riporre l’apparecchio e tutti i componenti nell’imballo originale oppure in un contenitore adatto per evitare che si danneggi durante il trasporto.
