Valve matrix

Fix the valve matrix with the clamping unit to connection (20) on distributor.

Ensure that the interconnection point is evenly bolted together and does not leak.

Clamp 3/2 way valve onto metal

cladding (22) using the clamping

device and secure with adjusting

screws (21).

Connect vacuum tubes to connections (23), (24) and (25).

3/2 way valve,
