works
4. Apply Paint or Bedliner
5. Let it dry overnight in a
well ventilated area.

2 - M8x1.25x30 Bolts (front)
2 - ½”-20x1 Bolts
2 - ½”-20x1 ½” Bolts
4 - Hex Nuts ½”-20
2 - ½” Lock Washers
Tools Required:
- 19mm Socket
- 13mm Socket
- ½” drill bit
- Drill
Installation:
It is recommended to start installing in this order: Gas Tank T-case Transmission Engine Radiator.
1. Roll the skid under the truck with a floor jack and lift it in position
2. Using the provided bolts M8x1.25x40 (for the front) and M8x1.25x30 (for the rear), mount the skid
plate in place as shown in the picture. Center the skid so it gets flushed with the frame. Tighten the M8
bolts and drill the frame using the ½” holes as guide. Install the ½” bolts in the front - 1 ½” long - with
the lock washers and back - 1” long - no washers
3. Tighten all bolts.
Note: If you are installing the Transmission Skid also we suggest mounting the Engine Skid OVER the
leap of the Transmission skid in other words - mount the transmission skid closer to the frame. If you
did not purchase the transmission skid then most likely you will have spacers in place (rear) to
compensate the distance to the crossmember.
