ofsilicone.

C. Optional Offset Adapter Installation
Insome installationstheuecollarand stovepipe/linerdo
notalwaysalignproperly.Thissituationmayberemedied
byusingtheoptionaloffsetadapter.SeeApplianceDimen-
sions page for the amount of distance this accessory can
telescopebetweentheuecollarandstovepipe/liner.
1.Removethecast ironuecollarfromtheapplianceand
ipitupsidedown.Usingthelarger#7drillbitsupplied,
drillthroughall8countersunklocations.Figure 40.2.
2.Slidethegasketoverthetheuecollarandattachittothe
offsetadapterusing the 8-32 athead screws provided.

3.Adjusttheoffsetadaptertodesireddistance.Drillholes
throughthelowerchamberasshowninFigure 40.4using
thesmalldrillbit#26provided.
4.Cutthegaskettotheproperlengthandslideinbetween
the upper and lower chambers centered on the screw
holes.Attachtheupperandlowerchamberswithscrews

5.Repeattheprocessonthebottomside.

and secure both chambers together.
