• Placehearthpanelintothereplace.

• Setthegratebracketsinplace,26.5in.(673mm)center
to center.
• Installthelowerbackpanel.Centerfromsidetoside.
• InstallthreeT-bracketsstemdownintomortarlinetohold
lowerbackinposition.Donottighten.
• Installupperbackpanel.Positionbottomofpanelbehind
thepreviouslyinstalledT-brackets.
• InstalltwoT-bracketsstemsideupintomortarline,donot
tighten
• InstalltwoZ-bracketsinthemortarlinesacrossthetop.
Tightentheseandallpreviouslyinstalledbrackets.
B. Install Side Molded Brick Panel/Traditional
• Ifagaslineistobeinstalled,removetheknockoutsin
the inner rebox and in the outer shell on the side of
yourchoice.Refertodimensiondrawingsforlocationof
knockoutsandSection13.A.forgasprovisions.
• DoNOTremovescreenrods.
• RefertoFigure11.1.
• Installlowersidepanel,taperededgetothefront.Align
thefrontedgewiththefrontofthecolumn(orbuttedto
thesurroundifinstalled).
• InstalltwoT-bracketsstemdownintomortarline,donot
tighten.
• Install upper side panel in the unit, tapered edge to
the front. Position the bottom of panel behind the T-
brackets.
• InstalltwoT-bracketsstemupintomortarlines,oneon
itssideonthefrontedge,donottighten.
• InstalltwoZ-bracketsinthemortarlinesacrossthetop.
Tightentheseandallpreviouslyinstalledbrackets.
• Installsecondsidepanelfollowingthestepsabove.
Note: Use T-brackets as templates and drill pilot
holesintotheinnershellwiththedrillbitprovided.
Sidepanelsmustbeinstalledrst.
