Turn ON the heater by pressing the red switch mounted on the side of the heater to the ON (I) position–it willl illuminate red when the heater is ON. 3. To turn OFF the heater, press the red switch on the side of the heater to the OFF (O) position. The switch will no longer be illuminated. 4. Remove the plug from the power outlet whenever the heater is not being used.
