Angle nail to hit  oor frame (Fig. A).

Secure wall bottom plates to  oor using 3" nails (Fig. A).

Stand door & window eave wall on  oor.
Center wall on the 144" (365,8 cm)  oor dimension.
Use OO as a temporary brace. Secure with two 3" screws.
