SHINGLES - RIDGE CAP
• You will finish off the top of the roof with a ridge cap made from shingles.
You will need about 20 - 22 cut pieces for 10' x 8' model
You will need about 30 - 32 cut pieces for 10' x 12' model
Cut shingles intoTHREE pieces. Hint: Use cut-off pieces first.
Score shingle,
then snap-off angled cut.
Install second ridge cap 5" back, as shown.
