If you use the proper dose of Septi-Free® each month for 12 months and
properly maintain your system, but still experience a system back up,
submit all documentation listed below, along with name, address and
phone number or email address to:

Reimbursement will be the lesser of double your money back on
Septi-Free™ purchases for the 12 months or pump out cost, up to a maximum
of $175.00. Allow 4-6 weeks to process.
Documentation required to be submitted along with any claim:
1. Original purchase receipts for Septi-Free
2. Dates and amounts of Septi-Free added to system
3. Receipt showing date of last septic tank inspection and pump out prior to
current backup
4. Documentation on size of septic tank provided by municipality or signed by
service company
5. Your statement of the number of adults and children living in the household.
