ADJUSTING THE EXHAUST
The adjustable exhaust on the cap of the tool allows
users to direct the exhaust according to operator
preference. To adjust the direction, turn the exhaust
cap in the desired direction.
Connect the tool to the air resource.
Push down on the latch button(B). Pull back on
the inner magazine (C).
Please load the fasteners with the head of the
staples facing the same direction as the work
contact element beneath the magazine.
Push the inner magazine(C) forward until latch
button pops up.
This

assembled.
Make sure that all items listed in the packing

Carefully remove the tool and any
accessories from the box.
Inspect the tool carefully to make sure no
breakage or damage occurred during

Do not load the tool with fasteners when
any one of the operating controls is
activated.
Never place a hand or any part of body in
fastener discharge area of tool.
Never point tool at anyone.
Do not pull the trigger or depress the
workpiece contact as accidental actuation
may occur, possibly causing injury.

The tool may fire when it is first
connected to the air resource. Always
connect the tool to the air resource
before loading fasteners to prevent injury
from unintended cycling. Always make
sure the tool's magazine is empty at the
beginning of each work session, before
connecting to an air resource.

Keep the tool pointed away from yourself
and others when loading fasteners.
Failure to do so could result in possible
serious personal injury.

Never load fasteners with the workpiece
contact or trigger activated. Doing so
could result in possible serious personal

UNLOADING FASTENERS
Unloading is the reverse of loading. Always
disconnect the air resource before unloading.
Always unload all fasteners before removing
tool from service.

CLEARING JAMS
Disconnect the tool from air resource.
Remove fasteners from the tool. Failure to do
so will cause the fasteners to eject from the front
of the tool.
Completely remove the small nose screws (E)
and the top nose plate (F) to reveal the jammed
fastener.
Using caution not to bend or damage the driver
blade, using pliers or a screwdriver if required to
clear the jammed fastener.
Put the nose plate (F) back on the nose (G),
fastening it with the screws (E).
Reconnect the tool to the air resource.
Reload the tool with fasteners.
Occasionally, a fastener may become jammed in
the firing mechanism of the tool, making the tool
inoperable. To remove a jammed fastener, follow
the steps below:
