2. Spare parts
Only use the manufacturer’s original spare parts.
Unsuitable or defective spare parts may cause
damage, malfunction or total failure of the tool.
The use of non-approved spare parts will void all
warranty, service and liability claims as well as all

tives.
Only use suitable media.
Contaminated oil can lead to a malfunction of the
twin-stage foot pump.

high-quality hydraulic oil.

the following conditions:
Keep the tool in a dry and dust-free place.
Do not expose the tool to liquids and/or aggressive
substances.
Store the tool in a weather-safe place.
Keep the tool out of reach of children.
Storage temperature 0 °C to +40 °C with low air
humidity.
Always store the tool in unpressurized condition.
1. Maintenance
The two-stage foot pump must be cleaned after
each instance of use.
The oil level must be checked regularly and the
pump, the hydraulic hose and the connections
are to be checked for damage and leaks before
and after use. To check the oil level, unscrew the
oil plug (3) and carry out a visual check on the oil
level. Where necessary, top up the oil and then
replace the oil plug.
Do not carry out your own repairs or remove any
items such as bolts or other components.
Other comparable hydraulic oils may be used.
The hydraulic oil must be completely changed at
the latest after one year, or after approx. 10,000
duty cycles if frequently used. We recommend that
this oil change is carried out at the factory.
Please only use clean, fresh hydraulic oil.
It is essential that the oil strainer and oil tank of
the pump are cleaned each time an oil change is
carried out.
Filling the pump with oil
Caution! Only fill with oil when the cylin-
ders are fully retracted (or extended, in
the case of draw cylinders), otherwise the
system will receive more oil than the tank
can hold.
Remove the bleed / filler cover from the tank.
Only fill the tank with oil to approx. 2.0-2.5 cm
beneath the level of the upper edge of the tank.
If required, bleed air out of the system.
Check the oil level again after bleeding the air.
Return the bleed / filler cover to its prescribed
position.
Care must be taken that no dirt enters the tank or
the pump itself, otherwise malfunctions may occur.
In order to increase the service life of the pump
and increase performance, regularly lubricate the
support bolt A, the cross bolt B and the piston head
C with grease (see 3.1 Technical data / tool parts).
Spilt hydraulic oil must be immediately removed
with absorbent material
Bleeding the pump
Check the oil level
(approx. 1-2 cm below the top edge of the oil tank)
• Open release pedal (1)
• Open oil filler cover (3)
• Operate the pump several times.
