We have expanded our industry leading Quick-Ship program by adding a new
category one day shipping and shortening many other lead times. We strive
to delight our customers and have not only improved lead times but raised our
on-time shipping level to 99% and will continue to focus on this.
We will be launching an on-line space planning service by the end of 2014 .

Recycling-Reuse:
We recycle cans and bottles, paper, cardboard as well as metal.
We reuse cartons that can safely be reshipped. This catalog was printed on recycled paper.
We are implementing an electronic document management system to further reduce our paper
consumption and make records more quickly accessible for you and our staff.
Carbon Footprint Reduction:
We have relamped our facility and added motion & light sensors. We have installed
energy efficient compressors and motors in the factory.
Our 210 KW Solar Array (with 1050 panels) has produced over 1 Million KW hours of
power since its start-up in 2009. That’s a pollution reduction of over 3 million lbs. of CO
2
.
The generated electricity since start-up would power 133 homes for one year.
We have added Daylighting, a breakthrough optical technology, to pipe natural sunlight indoors for a healthier working
environment and energy conservation.

Our success is shared with our employees’ beloved charities. We make a charitable donation each month we break a
sales record. After Superstorm Sandy we donated a sizeable contribution to local storm relief.
