Backup : To copy all the files on a computer disks and keep in the safe storage
against data loss and damage.

Click : To press and release a button on a mouse once.
␊␊
Compressed File : A data-coded file to save storage space or transmission time.
The compression ratio may vary depending on the file type as well as the
compression utility.

DOS Boot Sector : A sector for booting, like master boot sector that contains
information of sector size, number of sectors in a cluster, and FAT. The system
reads this information to load operating system during booting.

Double Click : To click a left button of a mouse twice in rapid succession.

Extranet : The network reaches out to a country and even the whole world.
Typically, it is the WAN (Wide Area Network).

Intranet : A data communications network, which is geographically, limited
allowing easy interconnection of computers. Typically, it is a LAN (Local Area
Network).

Interface : An interface might be a hardware connector used to link to other
devices, or it might be a convention used to allow communication between two
software systems.
(E.g. User Interface means the aspects and environment of a computer system or
program the user uses.)

Mailing Service : An electronic mail service using e-mail. It delivers the required
