SUPERVISION
Allow use of trampoline only with mature, knowledgeable supervision. Enforce all safety rules.
Supervise all trampoline users regardless of their age and experience.
Keep spectators at a safe distance of at least 10 feet from the trampoline while it is in use.
Maintain a clear area around the trampoline.
Keep objects away that could interfere with the jumper.
DO NOT allow persons or objects under the trampoline while someone is jumping on the mat. The
jumping mat is exible, and the downward force created by the jumper can cause serious injury to
persons or items underneath the mat.
Allow only one person at a time on the trampoline. Having multiple jumpers on the trampoline
increases their risk of colliding.
Ensure that the zipper of the safety enclosure net is completely closed and that all three entrance
hooks are re-hooked before allowing any jumping.
If the trampoline ladder is used, remove it from the trampoline when leaving to prevent unsupervised
access by children under 6 years.
HEALTH RISKS
DO NOT smoke while using the trampoline.
DO NOT use the trampoline while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
DO NOT use if suffering from high blood pressure.
DO NOT use while pregnant.
DO NOT add soap and water and jump on the trampoline.
SAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR USE
Bounce only when the surface of the jumping mat is dry. Wind or air movement should be calm to gentle.
The trampoline must not be used in gusty or severe winds.
DO NOT use or stand near the trampoline in windy or gusty conditions. A trampoline can become airborne
when exposed to sustained wind or gusting wind conditions. This can result in serious injury, paralysis, or
death, as well as property damage. To reduce these risks, disassemble the trampoline and enclosure and
store them until weather conditions improve. Anchoring a trampoline frame may prevent the trampoline
from moving as a result of the wind, but even anchored trampolines can become airborne or damaged.
Consult a qualied contractor to determine what type of anchor works best for the trampoline location.
SAFE USE PRACTICES FOR JUMPERS
Always strictly follow the safety instructions for the trampoline.
DO NOT wear clothes with hooks when jumping on the trampoline to avoid the hooks from getting
caught on any trampoline parts.
Climb on and off the trampoline. It is a dangerous practice to jump from the trampoline to the oor or
ground when dismounting, or to jump onto the trampoline when mounting. DO NOT use the trampoline
as a springboard to other objects.
