With the exception of the Safety Instructions placard, the remaining warning labels on this page have
already been attached to the trampoline in the places indicated.
The owner will need to place the Safety Instructions placard on the trampoline enclosure net to the right of
the entrance zipper. The placard contains four drill holes that can be used to attach it to the net with the zip
ties provided.
If the Safety Instructions placard or any of the warning labels are missing, please call our Consumer Hotline
at 1-800-759-0977, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST) to request a free replacement label or placard.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
DO NOT USE:
If suffering from high blood pressure, while pregnant, while smoking, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OWNER:
1. Inspect the trampoline and enclosure prior to each use. Keep frame padding (safety pad) in place, and
replace any worn or damaged parts.
2. Use only when enclosure has no holes, pole clamps are tightly secured to the frame, and the
jumping mat is properly suspended.
3. Secure the trampoline against unauthorized and unsupervised use.
4. For equipment information, contact the Consumer Hotline at 1-800-759-0977.
ROLE OF THE SUPERVISOR IN PREVENTING INJURIES:
1. Supervise all trampoline users regardless of their age and experience.
2. Allow use of trampoline only with mature, knowledgeable supervision. Enforce all safety rules.
3. DO NOT allow the trampoline to be used by children under 6 years.
4. DO NOT exceed the weight limit recommendation of 220-lbs (100-kg).
5. DO NOT allow use when trampoline is wet or in windy conditions.
6. Ensure that the zipper of the safety enclosure net is completely closed before allowing any jumping.
7. DO NOT allow more than one person on the trampoline at a time.
8. Keep objects away that could interfere with the jumper.
9. Keep spectators at a safe distance of at least 10 feet from the trampoline while it is in use.
10. DO NOT allow sitting or leaning on the safety pad; it needs to move freely with the jumping mat.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JUMPER:
1. Wear clothing free of drawstrings, hooks, loops, or anything that could get caught while using the
trampoline/enclosure and result in entanglement or strangulation or both.
2. Climb on and off the trampoline at the enclosure entrance.
3. Learn fundamental bounces and body positions thoroughly.
4. While keeping the head erect, focus eyes on the trampoline toward the perimeter.
5. Bounce in the center of the bed ( jumping mat).
6. Stop bounce by flexing knees as feet come in contact with the jumping mat.
7. Avoid bouncing when tired.
8. Avoid bouncing too high for too long. Always control the jump.
9. DO NOT attempt or allow somersaults. Serious injuries, paralysis, or death may result.
10. DO NOT hang from, kick, cut, or climb on the enclosure.
11. DO NOT try to jump over the enclosure or crawl under the enclosure.
12. DO NOT use the trampoline as a springboard to other objects.
13. DO NOT jump into the trampoline from an outside source. Hitting the frame or safety pad, or
incorrectly landing on the trampoline can lead to injury.
14. DO NOT intentionally jump into the safety net, which is designed only to stop persons from falling off the
trampoline. Doing so may cause the trampoline to tip over or damage the net.
15. For skill training information, contact a trainer certification organization.
DO NOT land on head or neck.
Paralysis or death can result, even
when landing in the middle of the
trampoline bed (jumping mat).
DO NOT do somersaults.
ONLY ONE PERSON at a time on
the trampoline. Multiple jumpers
can increase the chance of loss of
control, and this can result in a
broken neck, back, or leg.
Trampolines not for
children under 6 years.
Ladder lets young
children climb onto
the trampoline.
DO NOT use ladder if
children under 6 years
might be nearby.
Remove and store
