3. Safety Distances
The following distances to ammable or thermal-
sensitivematerialsmustbeobserved(e.g.furniture,
woodorplasticpaneling,curtains,etc.):
Intheradiationrangeofthereboxpane(g.1)
120 cm in front of and 30 cm next to the wood-
burning stove.
Intheareaoftheuetubeconnection(onthewallor
ceilingoftheroom):noammableortemperature-
sensitive material may be in a radius of 20 cm.
WARNING!
**Distance on the back:
Without the installation of the Hase thermal
protection system (option), the distance of
the wood-burning stove on the rear side
must be at least 20 cm to ammable ma-
terials. The distance to ammable materi-
als can be reduced to 1cm* through the
installation of the Hase thermal protection
system (see maintenance and installa-
tion instructions). The distance above the
wood-burning stove to ammable material
for wood-burning stoves with a height of
200 cm is at least 40 cm and for all higher
models, min.: 3 cm*. (* Only upon request
in Switzerland)
NOTE!

4. Fuel Load Sizes and Thermal Output
The thermal output depends on the amount of fuel
youputinthestove.Whenaddingmorefuel,please
do not exceed the maximum fuel load size of 2.5
kg. Exceeding the maximum fuel load size leads to a
dangerofoverheating,whichcanresultindamage
tothestoveandtheriskofastovere.
NOTE!
To attain a thermal output of approx. 8
kWm, burn wood logs that weigh 1.9 kg
and are no longer than 33 cm in length for
about 45 min.
TheValenciaisintendedforintermittentoperation,
please only apply one fuel layer at a time.
the original Hase thermal protection sys-
tem is permitted
WARNING!
Flammable ooring materials (e.g., wood,
laminate, carpeting,) must be protected
with a oorplate made of non-combustible
material (e.g., tiles, safety glass, slate, or
sheet steel).
The size of the oorplate must be larger
than the base of the stove by at least 50
cm in front and at least 11 cm at the sides
of the stove (g. 2).
