Woodshould be used for the warming-up phase

grateinthemiddleoftherebox,keepinganger’s
widthbetweenthebriquettes,andusethefollowing

Keep the stove set as described above until the
brown coal briquettes are thoroughly burnt.Then
closetheprimaryair(I)andtheregrate.Slidethe
secondaryairslider(II)toposition2/3.
CAUTION!
While the stove is in operation, the sec-
ondary air slider should never be com-
pletely closed.
Toraisethetemperatureofthere,stiruptherest
of the glowing embers with the re grate slider.
Opentheprimaryair(I)andaddnewlogstothe
re.
12. Emptying the Ash Drawer
Asasafetyprecaution, please make suretowait
until the ashes are cold before you dispose of
them.Whiletheashcollectsduringthere,thelid
islocatedundertheashdrawer.
Remove both the ash drawer and the lid located
underneath it. Slide the lid onto the ash drawer
sothatitis closed;thispreventsashesfrom y-
ingaround,whichinturnmeansyourhomestays
clean.Toplacetheashdrawerbackintothestove,
proceedinthereverseorder.
CAUTION!
Piled up ashes can impair or even block
the supply of primary air supply to the
stove.Please ensure that the air supply
path for the primary air between the ash
drawer and the bottom of the ash com-
partment remains clear.
