Tools required for Installation Impact Wrench Electric or cordless drill Set of drill bits 1/4” to 9/16” Set of box-end wrenches 1/4” to 9/16” Set of sockets with 3/8” drive, 1/4” to 9/16” Hammer drill with 3/8” masonry bit if mounting track to concrete block wall Items needed but not included: Screws for mounting track assembly.

1 A Insure that Walls on each side of door opening are clear of all obstructions (Door will protrude 5 1/2” Into building) 2 Installing Door track w/ operator 1” Install bottom of door track 1” above door opening Door Opening Right hand side of door track MUST BE INSTALLED EXACTLY IN CENTER OF DOOR OPENING! 3 Above the left hand side of door opening install track w/ operator As shown in Figure B Place the bottom of track on line that was drawn 1” above opening as described above.

12 Install Items ‘A-1’and‘A-2’ Panel #2 Panel #4 A- 1 **IMPORTANT - MAKE SURE DOOR IS COMPLETELY CLOSED AS SHOWN ON PAGE 4 With Door Sections in Closed position: Install item ‘A-1’ on Panel #2.
13 Install Items ‘E-1’and ‘E-2’ Panel #2 Panel #4 Keeping Door in Closed Position: Insert item ‘E-1’ onto guide bar of panel #2 and attach to wall with screws.
16 Install Bracket ‘A’ *Important: Push Operator Rod fully into cylinder. Now pull operator rod out of cylinder 1/4” A Slide Bracket ‘A’ onto operator rod and position bracket ‘A’ 3” from edge of door as shown on step #17.
19 Run cable through top slot of bracket ‘A’: Tighten bolts of aluminum block down onto cable. A 20 Run cable around top of pulley on right side of track and through top slot of aluminum block on bracket ‘B’ (do not tighten block until later) Air Powered Operator 8 1/4” Track Door Opening Door Opening 33” minimum 21 H 33” minimum Continue running cable around bottom of pulley on left side of track. Connect cables together in center with turnbuckle. Tighten cable by adjusting turnbuckle.
22 Install brush on bottom of door sections Install brush on bottom of each panel so that brush angles inward as shown. (Brushes will angle toward each other) Bottom of brush should touch floor for a proper seal.

Door opening requirements for Glider Door For 10’ opening— Minimum of 33” of side room on each side Operator will open the door 9’9” wide leaving 1 1/2” of door in opening Make Floor level! Track and operator weight approx. 155 pounds. Track w/ operator extends 8 1/2” above door opening. Track is fastened to wall w/ self tapping screws 2’ apart.
