byturningcounterclockwise.

2. Installbulb.Placethesocketbackintothelampandturn

clockwisetosecure.Onlyusebulbofspecifiedtypeand

maximumratedwattageorless.

3. Plugtheelectricalsupplycordintothewalloutlet.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock and fire, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.

Manufacturer warrants that the products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the products do not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period (as herein above specified), Buyer shall notify Manufacturer in writing of the claimed defects and demonstrate to Manufacturer's satisfaction that said defects are covered by this Limited Warranty.
