viii. On Hold
If there is a call is on hold, the contact name on Hold will be displayed, the Microphone mute
button will be replaced with a Hold button.
ix. Swap
If there is a call on hold, the user can press, the Swap button to place the active call on hold and
activate the call that is on hold. The displays will be updated to show the swapped status.
x. Join
If there is a call on hold, the user can press the Join button to create a conference call with the
two calls. Once the second call is active, the screen will indicate a conference call and display the
contact name or number that has joined.
