Slide release catch 2 in the handle recess
of loading flap 1 upwards.
Loading flap 1 is unlocked.

Push loading flap 1 with release catch 2
up as far back as possible until the flap locks
in the highest position.
The through-loading feature in the rear com‐
partment is open.
If the through-loading feature is to be used as a
stowage compartment again:

Fold down loading flap 1 and lock it in the
boot (/ page 125).

Requirements:

The refrigerator box is removed.

Slide the release catch on loading flap 1 in
the boot to the right.
The loading flap is locked.
Using the bag hooks

WARNING Risk of injury when using bag
hooks with heavy objects
The bag hooks cannot restrain heavy objects
or items of luggage.
Objects or items of luggage may be flung
around and hit vehicle occupants.

Only hang light objects on the bag
hooks.

Never hang hard, sharp-edged or fragile
objects on the bag hooks.
