• Now, completely tighten the four screws in the front handlebar
assembly to secure the handlebars.

• Fit the left mirror to the left handlebar.
• Fit and hold the mirror clamp to the left mirror.
• Insert two #8 x ¾" screws through the left mirror and into the
mirror clamp. Tighten the screws.

• Locate the molded horn on the left side of the vehicle.
• Fit the horn to the left side of the vehicle frame, as shown.
• Insert one #8 x

/4" screw through the horn and tighten.

• Fit the primary cover onto the left side of the vehicle, as shown.
• Insert two #8 x
3
/4" screws through the primary cover and into
the vehicle frame. Tighten the screws.

• Locate the air cleaner on the right side of the vehicle frame.
• Insert a #8 x
3
/4" screw through the air cleaner and into the
vehicle frame. Tighten the screw.
