ASSEMBLY
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION:
Turn the Power Switch of the tool to its “OFF” position and unplug the tool from its
electrical outlet before assembling or making any adjustments to the tool.
Note: For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages,
refer to the Assembly Diagram near the end of this manual.
Stand Set Up
1. With assistance, carefully lay the Tile Saw
on its side on a flat, level floor surface.
2. Pull out Stand I (119) and Stand II (120),
fully extending the Support Brackets
(117, 118). See Figure 4.
3. With assistance, set the Tile Saw upright.
4. Use the Adjusting Knob (123), located at the bottom
of Stand II (120), to level the Tile Saw stand and keep
it balanced evenly on the floor. Turn the Adjusting
Knob clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or
lower the Adjustable Leg (121). See Figure 4.

Attaching the Handle
Attach the Handle (4) to the Motor Support
Bracket (25) using two each Bolts (1), Spring
Washers (2), and Flat Washers (3). See Figure 5.
