3. Insertthenewcastersintotheenlargedmountingholesthensecurethemusingtheatwashersandnylock
nutsincludedwiththekit.(Seegurebelow).
Using a ¾” socket with ratchet and a 13/16 in. wrench tighten the nylock nuts installed onto the casters in 4.
stepnumber3.(Seegureabove).

5. If the 13/16” wrench gets wedged between the caster and caster base while tightening the nylock nut,
loosen the nylock nut just enough to remove the wrench. Then use a pair of groove-joint pliers, to grip the
bearingaprononthecasterinordertotightenthenylocknut.(Seegureabove).
