4. Insert one Bolt (11) down through the Divider and the Tray. From underneath slide on one Small Flat Washer (12) and thread on Small Hex Nut (13) (See Figure A and Figure B). Divider Shaft Bolt Flat Washer 8. Insert the Connector Tube (7) down into the Center Tube top end. 9. Slide Trays onto the Center Tube separated by a Large Flat Washer (9), Flat Ball Bearing (10) and Large Flat Washer between each Tray (see Figure D). From the Base up, you will have one Flat Ball Bearing, then a Large Flat Washer.
