Parts in this phase are fastened using
8 Normal Bolts (65),
2 Brace Bolts (66),
4 Double Brace Bolts (78),
and 14 Nuts (67).
Additional Bolts and Nuts are already
in place before this phase.

Means that the nearby Bolt will be removed
and then re-attached at the same location.
Means that the bolt underneath will be
loosened, a Post will slide over the bolt head, and then it will be re-tightened.
