Installation Flush the hot and cold supplies thoroughly before installing the faucet! Place the faucet and sealing washer on the mounting surface. If the mounting surface is less than 3/16” thick, trim the sealing washer so that it is even with the bottom of the mounting surface. From beneath the mounting surface, install the slide washer and collar nut. Tighten the collar nut by hand.
Use 3/8” compression fittings (not included) to connect the supply hoses to the hot and cold stops. Use two wrenches, as shown in the diagram, to prevent hose twisting. For proper operation of the faucet, the hot supply should be on the left, and the cold supply should be on the right. Install the pop-up drain and pull rod. Turn on the water and check all connections for leaks. If desired, re-set the high temperature limit stop. Install the Pop-up Drain plunger Remove the plunger assembly.
Attach the swivel connector to the end of the horizontal rod. Attach the swivel connector to the end of the pull rod. Position as desired and tighten with a small, flathead screwdriver. Re-set the High Temperature Limit Stop (optional) Close the drain or cover it with a wash cloth. Use a 4 mm Allen wrench to push the screw cover into the handle. Retrieve the screw cover when the handle is removed. Use the 4mm Allen wrench to loosen the handle screw 4 complete revolutions.
