below some additional information to help
your connection to the PC.
SETTING THE BAUD RATE AND THE COM-
MAND PREFIX
The transmission speed (baud rate) of your
HI964400 and of the external device must be
the same.
To set the baud rate of the meter press the
COMM key, the primary LCD shows the cur-
rent baud rate.
The following baud rate can be selected
through the UP or DOWN arrow keys: 150,
300, 600, 1200 (factory setting), 2400, 4800
and 9600.
