INITIAL PREPARATION
Prepare a container of ice and water and another container with hot
water at a temperature of 50°C. Place insulation material around the
containers to minimize temperature changes.
Use a CHECKTEMPC or a calibrated thermometer with a resolution of
0.1 as reference thermometer.
Note: After temperature calibration, recalibrate the instrument (for
conductivity or fertilizer content).
Press CAL and ON/OFF simultaneously.
Immerse the conductivity probe into the
0°C (32°F) bath.
When the reading stabilizes, press CAL. "0.0°C", "CAL" symbol
and an intermittent "BUF" indicator will be displayed. " "
symbol will blink for a few seconds.
" " symbol will disappear from the
display when the reading is stable and
"CON" will start blinking.
Press CFM to confirm the calibration value.
