OPERATIONAL GUIDE BATTERY REPLACEMENT Turn the meter on by pressing the ON/OFF button. When the battery level is below 10%, the battery symbol blinks on the LCD to warn the user. If the battery level is too low to ensure proper operations, the Battery Error Prevention System (BEPS) turns the meter off. Immediately replace the batteries with new ones.
ERROR MESSAGES WARRANTY • Blinking values denote indicative readings. This will occur for the RH display if the measured temperature is less than 0°C or greater than 60°C. • A blinking full scale value means that the reading is out of range. Error in temperature measurement: reading is extremely over range or sensor is damaged. Error in RH measurement: the sensor is wet or damaged.
Recommendations for Users Before using this product, make sure that it is entirely suitable for the environment in which it is used. Operation of this instrument in residential area could cause unacceptable interferences to radio and TV equipments, requiring the operator to take all necessary steps to correct interferences. Any variation introduced by the user to the supplied equipment may degrade the instrument's EMC performance.
