User Guide

In order to avoid erroneous measurements be-
ing taken due to low voltage, the instrument
shuts itself down completely when the batteries
run low. The user is also
prompted to change them by
"Eb" on the LCD.
Battery replacement must only take place in a
non hazardous area using a 9V battery.
Remove the battery compartment cover at the
rear of the meter and replace the 9V battery with
a new one. Make sure the battery contact is
tight before putting the cover back.
The meter will turn on automatically when a new
battery is connected. You can turn it off by
pressing the ON/OFF key twice.
